Rick and his crew did an incredible job on our kitchen exhaust system and at a very fair price as well! Our previous service company was not doing a thorough job and Centex made the entire system look brand new. My Chef is over the moon! Everyone on crew was very professional and up front about what was necessary to get the job done before starting, and followed up the next morning as they work late into the night. We are now asking Centex and Rick Doria to be our exhaust maintenance company for our other restaurant in town. I love how they provide pictures and explanation on their process pre and post service. We have used other companies before to service our restaurant, but Centex has been the best that I had the pleasure of working with.
