Commercial Pressure Washing Services

Rick and his crew did a great job on an exhaust fan install and hood cleaning. They arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They cleaned a hood that had not been serviced in a while and got us up and running quickly.

Very professional! Great job! Will use again

My happy place

Great service very Professional fast and clean

Mike Tessaro and his team have always done a great job cleaning our restaurant vent hood.

Joe is a very nice and kind person and he got the job done perfectly in Bamboo Garden Wimberley

These guys were prompt, professional, and personable. They did a great job cleaning and getting my kitchen up and ready to go. They worked around my schedule and I feel much better knowing that they will be there when I need them.

Responsive to requests, thorough cleaning, nice folks.

Oscar and Rick are the best in town they are very professional and love supporting a local business they left my vent hoods like new

Rick did a great job cleaning our hood. He’s very thorough and easy to work with!

I had them power wash concrete with etched in designs so I could paint for a client. They were able to strip paint and give me a clean surface to work with. The team was professional and so fast!

This company comes in, does a great job and leaves without any issues. They do a great job every time

Top integrity!

Rick Doria (CENTEX) has been doing our hood for three years now. He and his crew excel at their job. They show up on time and get it done perfectly. We absolutely recommend Centex for your restaurant needs.

I used this service 4-5 years ago with excellent results. Therefore, they were the one's to use for today's job. My home and 40x60 ft garage look like new. Courteous, professional, extra care with outside plants/shrubs, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Rick and his crew did an incredible job on our kitchen exhaust system and at a very fair price as well! Our previous service company was not doing a thorough job and Centex made the entire system look brand new. My Chef is over the moon! Everyone on crew was very professional and up front about what was necessary to get the job done before starting, and followed up the next morning as they work late into the night. We are now asking Centex and Rick Doria to be our exhaust maintenance company for our other restaurant in town. They are the best and I would imagine they are superb at all of the services they offer. Give these guys a call, you will not be disappointed. Rick and his team have their operation down to a T. Great communication and follow up. Very detailed review and insight. I love how they provide pictures and explanation on their process pre and post service. We have used other companies before to service our restaurant, but Centex has been the best that I had the pleasure of working with. Overall I would highly recommend Rick and his team for your servicing needs.

Centex Pressure Washing is top-notch! They’re always punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. Whether it’s pressure washing or vent hood cleaning, their attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I honestly wish they’d sell their secret degreaser formula—it works amazingly and leaves everything spotless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!

EXELENT WORK !!!

High volume restaurant averaging 1,000 guests per day. Centex keeps our vent hoods clean and maintained with personalized service

Great quality and communication with customers.

I hired Centex Pressure Washing Service because they were recommended to me by a local fireman. Being a single woman in business I had been looking for a professional company that would do what they promised and not take advantage of the situation. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and the fact that they had a whole crew to get the task done and do it right the first time. Had plenty of documentation showing before and after pictures to see the results of their work. Will definitely recommend them to other restaurants needing their vent hoods properly cleaned and maintained! Norma
